THE LAST DAY: SATURDAY

Today we had 2 WHOLE hours of free time in the morning to buy souvenirs and spend some quality time with our now close friends. We decided to spend our last 2 hours in the heart of Westwood eating bagels and drinking Jamba Juice while reflecting on our amazing week.

However we lost track of time. When we saw the time, we suddenly realized that we had to be back in 10 minutes and we had a 30 min walk ahead of us, so we took the Culver/UCLA bus back and made it with 2 minutes to spare!

When we arrived back on campus, all of the Summer Law Camp students met with the staff. They presented us with certificates and we took many last minute pictures.

At 2 o'clock our parents came and we said many tearful goodbyes. This was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had, and I'm really sad that it had to end. However I know I’ll keep in touch with the many close friends that I've made over the week!

I'd like to Thank my MOM for setting up the whole week and encouraging me to be a part of the Summer Law Institute. Because of her I am definitely inspired to attempt becoming a lawyer and fighting for justice through the court system. I really want to follow in her footsteps and become a lawyer through law school just like my mom!
